Late Fees: Vehicles returned after their booked return time will be charged a late fee of up to a full days hire.
All cars leave the yard with a full tank of fuel and MUST be returned with a FULL tank.
Basic insurance is included. See below for information about insurance. If on a restricted licence or under 25 years of age, an additional $1000 excess will be applicable regardless of the insurance option selected.
Roadside Assistance: All of our vehicles have 24 hour roadside assistance.

Timing	Charges	Details
Up to 48 Hours	Full Refund	If you cancel your reservation prior to 48 hours from the pickup date and time, there is no cancellation fee and you will receive your full refund.
Within 24 to 48 Hours	50% of Total Hire	If you cancel your reservation 24-48 Hours before the pickup date and time, there will be a cancellation fee charged equivalent to 50% of total hire amount.
On the day of Pickup	100% of Total Hire	If you cancel your reservation on the day of pickup, or if you fail to collect your hire, there will be a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total hire amount.
