What is the minimum age to rent a vehicle?
The minimum age is 18.
What do I need to bring to rent a vehicle?
You’ll need a valid driver’s license, a photo ID, and a form of payment.
Can I rent a vehicle if I don’t have a credit card?
Yes, we accept debit cards and cash payments. A bond is still required and must be paid in advance.
How do I make a booking?

Payment and Bond
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments.
Do I need to pay a bond?
Yes, a refundable bond is required for all rentals. The amount depends on the type of vehicle.
When will I get my bond back?
Bond Refunds are processed when you bring the vehicle back to us.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, our pricing is transparent. All charges are outlined in your rental agreement.
Roadside Assistance
What should I do if I have a breakdown?
Call our 24/7 roadside assistance line at 0508 697 623. Our team will help resolve the issue or arrange towing if necessary.
What if I run out of fuel?
We can deliver fuel to your location. A service fee will apply.
What happens if I lose my keys?
Contact us immediately, and we’ll assist with getting a replacement or unlocking the vehicle. Charges may apply.
Accident Procedures
What should I do if I’m in an accident?
Stop immediately, check for injuries, and call 111 for emergency services if necessary. Then, contact us as soon as possible to report the accident.
Do I need to report the accident to the Police?
Yes, if there are injuries or property damage, you must report the incident to the Police within 24 hours.
What information should I collect after an accident?
Take photos of the vehicles involved, note the weather conditions, and collect contact details from all parties. Complete the Basic Rentals Accident Form.
Will I be charged for damages?
Depending on the level of insurance coverage you selected, you may be liable for an excess amount as outlined in your rental agreement.
