At the Time of Vehicle Pickup
- A valid driver’s license matching the name on the WINZ Moving Assistance Quote must be provided.
- We require your WINZ 9-digit client number before hiring the vehicle.
- The primary driver listed on the quote must sign the rental agreement.
- Proof from WINZ is required for Payment.
Important Notes
All Refunds are sent to Work and Income after the vehicle is returned and checked. All refunds will be processed directly to Work and Income.
